Every journey begins with a single step—however that first step isn’t always an easy one to take. That’s where Roxanne comes in. Meeting people where they’re at, Roxanne works to help others find the best version of themselves. Whether it’s one on one counseling or speaking opportunities, she brings extensive knowledge, real life experiences and passion to those she works with.
MEET ROXANNE
The oldest of eight children, Roxanne discovered her desire for helping others at a young age. Pursuing this passion led her to earning multiple degrees and titles over the years. From Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and EMT to Licensed Social Worker (LSW), counselor and motivational speaker—one thing is certain: she has dedicated her life to serving God as well as others.

Married at age 19 to her high school sweetheart, God blessed Roxanne and Jim with two sons. Making their home near McIntosh—they operated an organic farm, raising borderlustre sheep, jersey dairy cattle, chickens and pigs.

Experiencing both triumphs and tribulations, Roxanne has worked to serve her clients and family in unimaginable ways. Acting as a caregiver to both her son, Bryan and her husband, Jim, throughout their cancer journeys, Roxanne was by their sides when Bryan lost his battle in 2013—and Jim in 2017.

Through her life experiences, Roxanne can relate to people on multiple levels. From mental health issues and abuse to stress management and grief—she firmly believes that life is about finding balance as opportunities and challenges arise.
